May I purchase eyeglasses over the telephone? 

Currently we do not have telephone ordering. In the future this may be a possibility, but for now please place all orders on the web site.

Are all the styles shown available? 

We update our inventory frequently to maintain the most current fashion. Unfortunately we can not guarantee the availablity of any styles, but we strive to provide excellent customer service and we have full expectation of being able to deliver all products shown.

How do I clean the lenses? 

First, blow off any dust or grit and then rinse your lenses under water. Gently dry the lenses with a lens cleaning or micro-fiber cloth.

Are your lenses scratch-proof? 

All our styles have lenses that are resistant to scratching, but no lens is scratch-proof. Scratched lenses are not covered under our warranty policy. Please store your glasses in a eyeglass case in order to minimize damage.

Are spare lenses or frames available for purchase?

Replacement parts such as frames, lenses, temples, nosepads and temple tips are available for current styles. If you need to re-attach them, please follow the instructions below.

How do I repair parts? 

In order to remove lenses, gently bend the frame apart at the top and bottom of the frame as it faces you, and then push the lens out from behind. To reinstall lenses, gently pull the frame apart above and below the lenses, then snap the lens into place from behind. We do not warranty frames that have been damaged from removing or installing lenses.
